Ben has a true passion for oysters, sustainability & the environment. His hand-grown oysters are tumbled for two years in some of the cleanest, coldest water in the world. Grown in surface cages from seed to market the oysters are culled, agitated and grouped together creating a deep cup and full body of meat.
"Love is the Point" and with each sip of their delightful "merroir" you can taste and feel the caring cultivation Ben and his team have put into each and every unique oyster grown fresh in Casco Bay on the coast of Maine.
