For those of you who have been following our progress and journey thus far...thank you! We are now open for business! The journey thus far I can best describe as organic, synergistic and perhaps fate driven. Our intent is to truly create a community both for oyster lovers, oyster growers and the entire West Bayside region.
Our menu is built around the oyster sourced from over a dozen local Maine growers! Chef Todd then creates some pretty phenomenal mignotte's, aka toppings, to spice things up a bit. We also serve lobster based products including the West Bayside roll, a crostini and fantastic lobster salal with a blueberry mignotte. Our meat sourced directly from the lobstermen themselves who use our wharf at Base Camp in Phippsburg. Kamasouptra Clam Chowder & a vegan soup option, a cheese plate, pickle crudite and homemade ice cream sandwiches round out our menu!
We have Prosecco on draft! Our aim is to source all our beverage directly from local partners to provide the freshest and tastiest selection. Local breweries include Allagash, Oxbow, Baxter, Rising Tide and Flight Deck. We offer a moderate selection of wines from around the world along with fantastic house wines from Blue Lobster, a local winery in East Bayside
Chef Todd along with Hot Todd, not that Chef Todd is not hot also :), along with Paul, Libby, Shaun, Jay, Nat, Emily & John form the core of the Boom Shuck-a-Lucka Team! Our goal is to educate & entertain..bringing with it a ton of passion & personality. We are not perfect and we are new thus go easy on us.
