Climb aboard and head out across the bay to our working oyster farm, tucked away in a beautiful conservation area in Phippsburg. Along the way, you’ll get a firsthand look at Maine’s oyster farming industry—from tiny seed to harvest-ready oysters. Once we reach the farm, we’ll get hands-on with the gear, talk oysters, and teach you how to shuck your own right on our floating dock. Get as involved as you like, or just kick back, enjoy the scenery, and eat some incredibly fresh Maine oysters.
