About Pine Point Oysters

Nate, a one man operation, has been farming his oysters for almost a decade. Growing up minutes from his farm and hailing from a family of lobstermen, Nate, originally planning to be a musician, was inspired by the local food movement along a passion to preserve the pristine coast of Maine!

His oysters are grown in the mineral rich mud flats of the Scarborough River in bottom trays. They are then finished in floating bags off of Portland Head Light in Cape Elizabeth. The result is a complex and unique taste profile with subtle, grassy hints complemented by a strong Atlantic brine.

Nate's farm is designated within Southern Maine Region. His oysters can be shipped overnight nationwide, and are always fresh directly from the farm. Enjoy Pine Point Oysters in a variety of our products
