Industry & seafood education combined w/ entertaining direct experience stories from your hosts The Maine Oyster Company & Lady Oyster. Combined w/ panoramic working waterfront views in a legit small fishing village on the coast of Maine!

Every bake is a multi-course celebration of the region's best seafood and local ingredients.

• Curated Oyster Tasting: Your adventure begins with an educational tasting led by Lady Oyster, featuring a curated selection of Maine’s finest briny half-shells.
• Traditional Coastal Steam: After mastering the art of the oyster, we transition to the main event: lobsters pulled straight from the wharf next door, alongside sweet local corn and baby potatoes.
• The Classic Finish: We end the feast the only way a Mainer should—with a generous slice of locally-baked Maine Blueberry Pie.
