What to Expect?

Every bake is a multi-course celebration of the region's best seafood and local ingredients.

  • Oyster Sampling: Your adventure begins with a tasting discussion led by Lady Oyster, featuring a selection of Maine’s finest briny half-shells.
  • Traditional Coastal Steam: After mastering the art of the oyster, we transition to the main event: lobsters pulled straight from the wharf next door, alongside sweet local corn and baby potatoes.
  • The Classic Finish: We end the feast the only way a Mainer should—with a generous slice of locally-baked Maine Blueberry Pie.
