Located in the heart of Phippsburg, Maine, 47 Wallace Circle is a multi-dimensional maritime facility serving as a collaborative epicenter for Maine’s aquaculture and working waterfront.

Historically known as "The Store," this landmark building has evolved into a tiered ecosystem. Today, it serves as the shared headquarters for several distinct maritime businesses. We are built around generational families, "from aways," and visitors alike—providing working waterfront access, a hub for educational experiences, and serving as the de facto headquarters for The Basin Oyster Restoration Project.

(And yes, at times, we host a secret weekend Pokemon Club!)

• The Rooftop Deck: Managed by Lady Oyster, this scenic overlook is dedicated to curated oyster tastings and educational culinary experiences.
• 'The Store' (Main Level): A collaborative community space used by all resident businesses to host private events, aquaculture meetings, and seafood-centric gatherings.
• 'Basecamp' (Lower Level): Operated by The Maine Oyster Company, this space is dedicated to oyster distribution and logistics.
• The Lower Deck (Water Level): Home to North East Salt Water, serving as the primary meeting point for boat charters and marine education.
• The Commercial Dock: A critical piece of infrastructure providing essential harbor access for local lobster fishermen and professional guides.
