Join us on the coast of Maine for an engaging & entertaining oyster shucking & Lobster Roll making experience! 

Shuck N' Roll Includes: 

• 30 minute private instruction from a MOC Expert. They will guide you through step by step how to shuck, answer any and all questions you may have on oysters and finish with a walk through of how to build the perfect lobstah' roll
• 1/2 Dozen Oysters
• 1 Lobster Roll Kit complete with:
  • 4oz fresh lobster meat (from next door!) 
  • Homemade Dill mayo
  • Fresh cut Lemon
  • Fresh Bun
  • Bag of Chips
• Complimentary Beverage 

*Allow at least 1.5 hours for shucking, roll making and enjoying:) 

*Not in a rush? We love sharing this piece of the the Maine working waterfront with all guests. Feel free to hang out on the deck, stroll down to the cove or take a dip off the dock!
