Welcome to the Cape Small Farm

Our History

The entirety of our enterprise has come from one connection leading to another. Our original business ideas centered around seaweed, but a meeting with grower Adam St. Gelais led us to oysters, and we never turned back! We got our 1st LPA (400 sq ft of leased water) from the state to start growing oysters in 2017. Now entering our fourth season of growth, we have our first "Cape Smalls" ready to slurp, and we are beyond excited! Oyster growing is challenging and messy, but every difficult day is worth it when one finally gets to slurp their own product. The only thing better is seeing the joy our "Cape Smalls" brings to others.
