Lane's oysters are grown in the Casco Bay region by Amanda Moeser. Amanda’s Oysters are bottom planted in both cages and the mudflats near the mouth of the Royal River in Yarmouth. As a result, these bivalves are exposed to both the mighty tidal waters of Casco Bay, and the freshwater of Southern Maine watersheds, creating a deep and full flavor profile.
