Join us at our oyster raw bar in Portland or on the coast at Basecamp for a Boom Shuck-a-Licous time as you pry, shuck, slurp & savor your way through what we hope is an experience of a shucking lifetime.

- Step by Step hands on instruction
- Overview on the Maine oyster & local farming methods
- 12 Maine oysters per person (multi farm variety)
- Oyster toppings include cocktail sauce, lemon, horseradish, hot sauce & mignonette!
Shucking knife/gloves provided for use during class.
Class payment is due at time of booking
