Join us at our oyster raw bar in Portland for a Boom Shuck-a-Licous time as you pry, shuck, slurp & savor your way through what we hope is an experience of a shucking lifetime.

- Overview on the Maine oyster & local farming methods
- 12 Maine Oysters per person (a variety from different farms)
- Oyster toppings including cocktail sauce, lemon, horseradish, hot sauce and our very own chef's homemade mignonette!
Food, Drink & Take Home Kits will be available during class time
Shucking knife/gloves provided for use during class.
