Thoughtfully selected wines will be paired with the courses, and following the pairing, a fresh Maine Lobster Roll will be served. Guests will also have the opportunity to watch an exhibition on how to shuck an oyster, and will have time to engage with the oyster farmers and research team about the future of the industry, and aquaculture in Maine.

The oceanfront Basecamp is reserved for this exclusive private event for the entire afternoon, starting at Noon. While the brunch event will conclude at 2pm; guests are welcome to purchase additional oysters and wine to enjoy on the sun deck for as long as they like.
